Pre-Fall Crêpes

So for my favorite time of the year, I thought I'd invite you to meet my favorite french snack/dessert/appetizer. They can go with anything really, from the classic nutella + vanilla ice cream, caramelized apples (or any fruit you can caramelize) and whipped cream, raspberry or mango coulis (so good); or you can even add a pinch of salt in the mix and serve them warm with a simple and light tuna salad (I'll post some examples of this later), and also don't be afraid to experiment, don't rely on books alone, you have a mind of your own so do whatever you like, follow your heart and you'll have the best results. This is one of those recipes you can play with, that's another reason why I love it so much.
